This was a good idea. With strikes and issues that can occur with public transport, this was a much better option. Worth the cost. The traffic in Naples is crazy and the shuttle drops you off right at the airport.

Driver was on the cell phone while driving for half of the trip - not safe. Also, as we neared the airport, the passenger that was sitting in the front seat had to ask the driver if he was okay as he was drifting between lanes. Not sure if the driver was falling asleep or just not paying attention.

Our driver picked us up on time. We stopped for two more passengers, drove a little way and then waited a good 20 minutes on the side of the road for two new passengers who never showed up. Then another van showed up without explanation and we were loaded into that van. I wouldn't use them again

Excellent service. Not five stars because the bus arrived about 15 minutes later than our predetermined pick up time, which made me concerned that we would not get to the airport in time. Turns out we had plenty of time and the driver knew it.

This was an affordable direct easy way to get from our hotel in Sorrento to the Naples train station. Our driver was courteous and professional. We hit a bit of traffic so he took the time to check on which platform we needed and parked directly in front of that door saving us lots of time and frustration.

It was a lovely feeling knowing we had a lift back to the airport, especially as we had a morning flight. No dragging cases on buses and trains. Sorrento is not an easy place for public transport so this was a great option. The company were very good ensuring we knew when and where the pick up would be especially as we had to change our hotel at the last minute.

Jul 2016

Only reason for a 3 is that we were left waiting in the van for half an hour while the driver chased up another passenger who didn't turn up! Apart from that the driver drove safely and still got to our destination in time, because we had ensured we booked an hour earlier than we really needed.

Ken T,

Jun 2016

We ended up having the same driver who took us from Naples to Sorrento and then back. He met us at the train station and and guided us quickly to our hotel in Sorrento. On the return trip he promptly picked us up at our hotel, drove us to the train station and even walked us in making sure we went to the correct area to catch our train. Couldn't have been more happier with the service.

Jun 2016

I booked transfer from Naples airport, to my hotel in Sorrento Hotel Continental, and back from Sorrento to Naples for my return. Trip from airport was a van direct to hotel. Trip from hotel back to airport was a van, left off at Sorrento Lauro central parking, then a bigger bus to the airport. Timing was perfect on the transfer. Not as convenient, not much to report. You do have options and this was on par with them by price, and went off without a hitch, so recommended.
